We set up and maintain systems that help home service contractors answer missed calls, follow up with customers, book appointments and request reviews. Specific services, prices and terms for clients are set out in each client's written agreement.
Program description. Solnair Automation sends text messages to people who have contacted us or opted in through our forms or booking pages. Messages include replies to your calls and inquiries, appointment confirmations and reminders, and service updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional offers and updates.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your requests and appointments.
Opting out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to [BUSINESS PHONE]. After you send "STOP", we will send you a text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text "START", and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
